Yes, absolutely. The shortcode is registered with the National Communications Authority (NCA) and operates over Ghana's regulated telecom network. All transactions are encrypted end-to-end and only charged to your Mobile Money wallet after you personally approve with your PIN. Zrate never stores your wallet credentials.
